Default Need help on sensor Identification

Ok, I received the AEM unit and need to wire it up.

Does anyone know what type of crank and cam sensors we have?

I am not sure of the type but I can tell you where they are. Most likely they are inductive/magnetic. Cam sensor is on front of engine right side above the alternator on the head. Crank sensor is on drivers side top of bell-housing area. Not sure if this helps at all.

I have held them both in my hands before and they appear to be almost the same. just remember which is which and where to find them. you can remove either one with a torx driver.

The camshaft position sensor is a hall effect.
The crankshaft position sensor is inductive.
