Another Flowmaster clip

I'm seriously thinking about putting a Super 40 or 44 on my car with a step up in pipe size. I wan't to keep my stock system anyways in case. I love the way Flowies sound. The ones in the vid are dual one-chambers. The super 40 and 44 should be a little more aggressive sounding right?

sounds wierd to me, I love the Carllson muffler, the flow master on the crossfire sounds like it wants to be a v8 but just can't pull it off. kinda like a camaro with a v6, it just don't sound right to me, why don't you try one of those electric exhaust cut outs, weld it up inline with the oem exhaust.?
I think the Carllson sounds too mellow and kinda like a 4 banger. I wish we had some good clips like this of the Magnaflow cat-back. I'd get it if I had the money right now, but I'm afraid it won't sound agressive enough, and I'm kinda not digging oval tips.

i had a flowmaster super 40 on mine all i can say is loooooud and i like loud but it had a horrible highway drone that i hated. after getting a citation for noise disturbance from my neighborhood assoication i ordered my magnaflow its awesome and everyone loves it with the dual mufflers and fully polished s.s. it looks great sounds great and is ready for the true dual upgradewith just a lil cutrting and welding. oh and with the small v6 you wont get that nice flowmaster pop on down shift... its v8 exhaust purely a v8 exhaust i have a super 44 which is the 40 made out of diamond plate and is mild steel just like the 40 on my 07 chevy siverado v8 it sounds great like an old nova or something, the flowmaster just didnt sound right on the benz motor imo
im worried that the magnaflow cat back just won't be loud enough i dunno heven't heard it in person or even a good sound clip drving, in your opinion what should i do i am thinking of going to local exhaust shop and running a x pipe into 2.5 true duals back into the magnaflow muffler so it would be a custom true dual magnaflow correct?, i think this is the way to go just trying to get some input, also the exhaust shops will not allow me to delete my rear cats so they would still be on if that affects your answer, i don't know how the cat back is with the rear cats.
i haven't seen any high flow cats to replace mine with when i do the exhaust, or i could let them do the exhaust then afterWARds tae to my buddies and cut cats out and weld straight pipe in place if its not loud enough for me hmm. . what you think or anyone think
Old tread i know but i wonder if the guy in the video is running a X-pipe or two acutal pipes after the cats. I acutally think thats a great sound for a V6.
