N/A crossfires...here's the answer!
An electric supercharger! woot! This has come up before but now they have some examples and even a pair of them installed on an aftermarket intake. Hehe. I'm not sure if I'm convinced...but...

I may have been a little bit terse. Here is the gist:
While THEORETICALLY possible electric superchargers do not work in real life. I mean, yes they do work, if you are willing to spend $300+ for something a shortened CAI can give you. (Without electric motors and such)
Unfortunately when you do the math the energy required for an electric supercharger to work is WAY beyond the capabilities of a 12V car electric system. Suffice it to say that if you want an electric SC to work you'd need about 4-8 HP which is about 3000-6000 W or approx 2000+A @ 12V in electrical energy. Just doesn't happen.
I'll say it very clearly: Electric SC are SNAKE OIL. 'nuff said.

Maybe I can even rig one of those fan thingies to the exhaust to help blow it out the back.
That's only after I fill the tires with helium (worth at least 4 tenths in the quarter.....helps to lighten the car!)
