VRP Headers: Introductory price

i have a feeling the intake did most of that because that intake is intense

Well the new price is actually a lot more then I expected. It's now double my wholesale price.
Is there a market for 10-15 HP at 1350.00? Plus install and shipping? I'm a stickler for affordability and the last thing I want is to get into products that can't be had by everyone.
Modding should be available if you want to, not if you can afford it.
But yea, we're going to try and get a set and see what they put out.
Like said before the dyno results don't say anything more then something was gained.

i just dont think i could bring myself to buy these for 1350$ and then have to install them myself.. its not going to be an easy task to lift the engine out and tilt it over to put these suckers on! and for 10-15 hp! thats alot of money and alot of work on top of that! 1000$ is more what i would be looking for.

I'd like to compare the numbers b/w the LET Headers and the VRP one's. LET headers are $400 cheaper and might have the same results.
What does LET claim for additional HP for their set?

well doesnt that log style suffer a bit. it doesnt look nearly as free flowing as the vrp ones. and i could only imagine that the restrictions would seriously show with the setup that the slk32 has

lol it would already be a PITA! just replacing one set of headers is a big enough job as it is!
The price isn't that bad. This is the same price range for a quality set of headers for the G35/350z, and is on the lower end of price for a quality Vette header. We didn't buy a Yugo here guys, we bought a re-badged Mercedes. When you purchase an initial quality product, improving uppon that product is going to be more difficult and expensive. It's easy to improve on the stock $50 Honda Civic header...not so easy with our car.
I am interested in a set, can I get a proposed delivery day?

If we can get 5 initial buyers I can do 1249.00 plus shipping, saving $100.00 off of retail.
PM me for more details on purchase.

I wonder if it's possible to modify the stock oem headers to flow more like the VRP headers?
I noticed the end of the manifolds on the stockers are almost bent into a 90deg angle, could someone just chop this off and smooth it out with some mandrel pipe?
or you could build a high pressure ram and pressurize the manifold with liquid to expand the inside diameter walls

Ya know if you are looking for someone with a N/A I am open to being a test if you haven't found one yet. I am currently running just the Magnaflow exhaust but am adding the TVT250 in the coming weeks. Also I have access to a dyno (at no charge) and installers (also at no charge).
I purchased a set of Vadim's headers, they are designed and assembled very well. Almost perfect welds and bends. Good equal tube length. I'm very pleased... I recommend his product...
