Having second thoughts I decided to try and polish them up a little.

I do not think they would look to bad at all. I suspect that these covers can be removed easily by undoing the two screws as they are only solenoid covers I believe. They would then be easy to polish, anyone had them off?
I am not looking for too much bling, just a reasonable shine.

Nice job! I bet I worked less than you, though!

Those are solenoids and integrated valves, I think. If you take them off, it might leak a bit.
Anyone?

These would come really good if you could spin them.
I polished a bit more and they improved. Enough for me unless they can come of easily. They appear to cost $160 on Fleabay, too much to risk ruining them.
