the stock intake has Restrictions and flows 525 cfm . where the NW duel has close to 900 cfm.. an engine is a air pump more air in with more out, make more hp and better mpg.

both crank case vents painted neither of the valve (head) covers are.

I like that scheme. I have always wondered why the engine cover could not be trimmed to get rid of the ears on each side as in my picture below. A bid of body filler and a good repaint should do the trick.
