Default Greddy E-manage

So I am new here, Just bought a '07 base. Use to be heavy into Imports so I have a Greddy E-manage (blue) from my Nissan 240sx. My question is can I use this thing on my Cross? I think it would be better then a ECU tune since I have the laptop interface, With that i can change settings for different driving conditions. If anyone has done this or knows a shop that can wire my harness into the E-manage please help me out. thanks
Sky

Yes, you can use an E-manage. I currently am using an AEM FIC. None of the standard companies that provide wiring harnesses sell one for the Crossfire (or the SLK.)

The only big issue you'll have to work around is getting the MAF working. I'm not sure if the E-manage can advance timing (the FIC cannot).

However, for driving huge injectors, it works just fine.

Yeah, the Greddy piggy back can, It was really a pretty amazing tool in my 240sx. I didnt think there would be any harnesses for it, and im iffy about buyin the universal plug and then cutting my vehicle wiring to make it work. What was the problem you had with the MAF and how did you fix it?

The MAF clamp is untested. I don't have a problem with it, but if used for forced induction, it has to be faked with a voltage to prevent throwing a CEL. It is basically the biggest part of "faking out" the computer, and therefore it will be the biggest issue for boosting the car.

Yes, you will have to cut and solder the harness. But on the Crossfire, the harness is very easy to modify.
