New 2 The Gang...
Just bought a 04 Crossfire with 49k on it. I wanted 2 change the oil and trans fluid 2 put my mind @ ease. I don't have a car manual and was wondering if anyone had suggestions as far as what weight and brand I should use for both.... If this has been posted before I apologize. Oh yea the car is a 6 speed. THANX!!!

I had mine changed at 30k miles, but I actually think it "shifted" better with the "original" ATF fluid.
Cool! Thank u both 4 the info. Yea I am kinda undecided about changing the tranny fluid. It seems like I always have 2 shift into second before first or reverse so it will shift smooth? Weird? Been a while since I owned a manual though.......
mophreakous,

I have a 04 also and love it.
Lots of info here and you can find out virtually anything with the search feature.
