has anyone had a funny smell coming into the car at high acceleration only?

 

You mean that " Rotten Egg " smell ? Only at speeds over 90mph on a closed course with a professional driver at the wheel !

no its not at over 90 lol and just whenever i accel fast thought it was someone elses car but im starting to think its mine lol..

Do you mean the funny smell that makes you laugh hysterically? Thats comes standard in the SRT-6.

 

yeah lol so does auto lol.... anyways its like a rotten egg smell thought it was the batt over charging but that would smell the whole time right?

 

I thought it was only mine too, but if you're talking about the rotten egg smell, it seems to be a characteristic of several of these cars. I don't know if it's because of the positioning of the cats or because there's twice as many as whats on a normal car. But alotta folks I've asked about this have the same issue.
I only smell mine when I'm into the throttle really hard or I've run the car very fast for a short while.

 

Rotten egg smell is the cats. I had this smell when I first bought my car. A couple of high speed runs taking each gear to red line fixed it for good and has not come back. The person who owned my car before must have driven it like a grandma.

Got rid of it by specifying Depends for the passengers..........

yeah ok well i have got onto it alot and its still smelling and yeah i was thinking yo farted but then i was like wait a second im the only one in the car. and i was like maybe i farted.. and i was like no i didnt fart did i o no i dont remember lol...
