The UV is nasty. Not as nasty as TIG, but still nasty. Not to mention flying slag + eyes = disaster.

Sorry for the confusion....being "Tack Welded" prior to complete welding off the car and of course with the proper mask.
No it's not me ...it's the shop owner and I too was surprised he didn't wear safety glasses or welding goggles even when just tack welding it.
