Default Heads installed and some first impressions of driving

Well we just finished up installing our ported heads, stage 2 mani, and a bunch of other TVT bits on a customer's car.

At first I test drove it with the stock TB just to see if the 74mm made a more noticable difference with a car desperate for air. Results: it felt like a pig with the stock TB compared to the 74mm.

The car is now pulling very hard from 3K on up. Unfortunately it is rainng really hard in NJ right now, so I can't drive it too hard.

I think the biggest restriction on this car is the exhaust at this point. My car has everything this does, but no ported heads/mild cams and I have a dual exhaust. Honestly, they feel about the same speed, with mine feeling a little more raw.

I have no dyno nimbers to support this yet, but it seems as the most practical way to upgrade the car for max benefits is as follows:
  • CAI: 325.00
  • Tune: 500.00
  • Injectors: 450.00
  • 74mm TB: included with stage 2 mani
  • Ported heads: 1500.00 (using stock hardware)
  • Stage 2 mani: 950.00
  • Cams would go here but they are harder to get then a black amex at this point: 1 arm and 2 legs
  • Exhaust: 850.00
The above, purchased seperately, is about 4500.00. Of course you would need a retune afterwards to dial it in (free) and preferably some dyno time.

You are looking right around 300HP at the crank with the above, $53.00/hp.

I have a video that I need to upload of that. The plan was to take detailed pics of everything before installation, but after the vid I got anxious and threw them on.

I think this is all I'm missing. What exactly would this add?

Ported heads: 1500.00 (using stock hardware)
Stage 2 mani: 950.00 (already have the 74mm TB)

I'll have dyno results on Tuesday. Our car with CAI, injectors, tune, and exhaust put down 194 RWHP on the dyno we are using to test (it reads extremely low). I'm looking for 220ish RWHP from this car.

Nothing posted. The car we did the upgrades was tuned by a different company and completely screwed up the car. I'm waiting to hear back from the customer so we can wrap it up. Very frustrating.
