Default Boring out stock n/a throttle body

Beaner let me have his OEM throttle body to study and see if they can be bored out easily enough, I understood that it was possible but I had to see for sure.
It can bored out and the next step would be to make a new throttle plate. I have attached a drawing showing the current and modified section.
Hey, how hard can it be?

But if I did it for myself it would cost nothing, unless it flew of the lathe and stuck in the ceiling.
I'm not cheap, I just don't like spending money.
Rudy says the tough part is removing the shaft, I can see that being true, its OK Beaner I will not experiment on yours.

You can all you want. But I want to see the picture when it flys off and sticks in your ceiling! Maybe even make a video!
