Default I want to change the exhaust (muffler)

I think of putting an escape Borla, I know that most of you put Magnaflow. But seen the opinions(notices) of some saying that he(it) resounds too much in the cockpit(passenger compartment), I prefer to assure(insure) while knowing that the outside noise of Borla pleases me well. On the other hand on Borla there is a mess tin moreover, I think what(who) was exactly put to reduce the noise?
I would try to adapt the exits(releases) of origins to Borla because I find them very beautiful.
What do you things ?

People have put dynamat (self adheasive sound barrier matting)under the trunk compartment. Try to search the forum for Borla or dynamat or aftermarket mufflers.

BTW hows the weather out your way?

sasouky74 - if you are in a coupe, I have heard from others that noise is worse. I would try what green-ghost recommended (essai utilisant un dynamat)

La bonne chance et nous a laissés savent elle établit

Hopefully Babel Fish worked right

Yes. The Dynamat would reduce the noise from the exhaust. Some people with the Magnaflow exhaust use it.

the crossfire exhaust is gonna sound the same no matter what type of muffler you put on there i have a cherry bomb exhaust it sounds perfect and affordable best bet is to look into a flowmaster it all sounds the same

IMO, I have the Borla System and it was nearly as quiet as the OEM. I removed the rear muffler and it sounds just as I want it. No drone, and very quiet on the highway. All brand mufflers are not the same. The Magnaflow sounded great around town, on the highway, too much.

I put a flowmaster 40 series on mine with some dynamat and its aggressive but its quite loud on constant highway driving.

I just put a magnaflow catback exhaust on mine and feel a better pull 3k rpm up! I changed it three times on the same day and did notice better pull over 60mph up, and the nice sound. I got mine for $425.00 shipped on eBay. Hope I can help.

It is cool that you have to notice an earnings(gain) with your Magnaflow. Mon Borla should not delay has to arrive.

borla is way to overpriced.. i have been looking around on youtube and have found that IMO the Megan Racing MRS exhaust is the best sounding.

I replaced the OEM Exhaust n my N/A with a Magnaflow Cat Back it P/N 16633. I
t went together with no problems other than the rear hanger need some prodding.
I replaced the exhaust on my SRT6 with the same it and mods. the first
8 to 10 inches from the cats back is a dual H section for resonance, the rest of the exhaust is dual all the way. The installer had a tubing bender and fabricated the one tail pipe to match the other. The 6 is noisier but if it bothers me I just take off my hearing aids.)
I do like the rumble and slight rap. Both OEM units can be refitted.

left to right top row: 16633 it on N/A Snow White, same car broader shot. next same car long shot.. Next SRT6 long shot to rear cats, SRT^ shot from cats facing rear..notice H pipe, Long shot of SRT6 bottom and removed exhausts.
