Default New Exhaust

Ok, so as soon as spring comes, I am about to drop more than I should on this thing, but I have one real question. I see people on here saying that the aftermarket exhaust systems arent adding any noticeable hp. So, my question is then, Why? If I am not going to gain any hp out of a new exhaust, why would I do this other than to make it louder. Maybe if I put new headers on it and what not, but that wouldnt happen in the forseable future. I like the idea of having all power I am going to have, yet still being 'sneaky'......perhaps someone could shed some light on this new guy, but if there is no advantage, I am going to keep the stock system.

BEGi Turbo is $3600 which is extremely cheap for 100 hp. Thats what Im doing, then headers, a 74mm TB, a limited slip diff, lighter rims, then I have lighter seats but Im waiting for a bracket. There are still many more mods to be done after that. The BEGi turbo is going to be "sneaky" because its a rear mounted set up. You can get the pulley saver kit, CAI or DCAI, There are actually alot of things you can do, but dont get the cold air if you want the turbo it will be a waste of money.

I have an srt so the turbo is irrelevant. The exhaust was going to come after the pulley and intake, but ill go straight to inmotion afterwards if theres no benefits to the exhaust.
