Default Oxide in the motor pulley

Hello again:

I noticed that in my crossfire I have a rusty pulley, to lack of time to take pictures that caught one borrowed from here, I hope you do not mind the owner.

Is it normal for this rusted so quickly? The car is 2008.

I forgot, the car has warranty, Tons of work to change the pulley?

There hasn't been a car that I owned that wasn't rusty on this part. Don't worry about it its not that important a thing to worry about.
