Default Strange Wine from Engine

Noticed this the other day. It's not all the time, only intermittent. Hopefully I can get away with avoiding the stealership. Any ideas? Thanks!

pulley bearing? Idler pulley, maybe...

It sounds like either the pulley or even the belt...You might want to listen to the alternator too

That's pretty much what my idler sounded like just before it exploded.

My engine never wines, it's more of a bourbon sound.
