Mass air flow

I am getting ready to install a new Bosh mass air flow sensor.Does the DCM have to learn the new part or will it go right on wihout a learning curle?

It will want to re'learn. Disconnect the battery while you do the work and cross your fingers.

Got the new bosh MAL today. Has anyone put one on? I would like to know what to expect the motor to do.
