Default P0300 codes, but no CEL

I ordered a OBDII bluetooth adapter from amazon and when i was testing it with torque pro on my android phone i got a P0300 and few P03... misfire codes, I dont have the check engine light on, and i dont seem to be having any issues with the car, i tried clearing the codes, and they just came back again. I am wondering what i can do to get rid of these codes, or what i need to check before this turns into an issue and i start having issues. Thanks
