The differences in clutch packs, solenoid's, and programming are what I'm talking about lol. I really want to retrofit the entire shifter assembly into an SRT. Sport, Comfort and full manual with the click of one button. Full manual if you're in Sport and click one of the button shifter's or slap the stick. It's smoother in comfort than the 722.641, faster and more abrupt in sport, and full manual actually works pretty damn good. I prefer it to Sport which is not the case with the .641 as you even stated.

And yes, they are damn near indestructible for the applications they use for each sub-model. Keeping the 32 motor the .641 has proven damn near indestructible. For the 55K's the .643 seems to be the same.

The Crossfire is a great car, a fantastic car for the money. With the SRT6 you get everything, bigger wheels, brakes, suspension and the transmission works fantastic in the shift mode, plus you get an even rarer car. I don't think you could go wrong with either of your choices but being the owner of a SRT6, I can say, I've never been disappointed that I spent a little more for it.

FYI - You might be too tall to fit comfortably in a Crossfire coupe unless you make some modifications to the seat height / position. The coupe has a bit less head room than the roadster . . .
