Default Pulstar Plugs. Worth the extra coin?

So I got bored and wanted to do something to the N/A that might give me just a little more UUMPH. I had saved some money to get my girl friend a promise ring and then she royally pissed me off; so what did I do, I spent the money on my true love..... the roadster! At $13 a plug x 12, it wasn't going to be a great ring anyway right???

I gapped them to spec and installed them. Car runs the same as it did with the $4.99 Autolite IR.

If I had to do it over, I would have got something folks can see, or the K and N highflow filter on the NW CAI.

The good news is, if you dump the money on these plugs, the car still runs well, no misfires.

No dyno, no mpg reports as of yet.

The forced induction platform might see usable utility with these plugs.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but those plugs are a waste of money.

My next tune up I'm sticking with good old fashioned copper plugs. Less life span, but better performance than the NGK Iridium IX plugs I have now. And they're cheaper!

*Not a sarcastic comment.

EDIT: Sorry to hear about your gf issue. Hit me up sometime, there's only a few of us XF owners in NC.
