Replace O2 sensors
I used the Bosch part number 15733 universal o2 sensor, its only 56$ @ oreillys. Now it do come with a you build it connector but with a little patience you can use the stock connector the sensors wrk great, they say the range is 0 to 0.8 volts the sensor will read upward to 1 volts which is what i am getting that translate to like a 11/12 something air fuel ratio..For the price of one sensor I got two so just a little info on the universal sensor yes they do work great on a modded srt6.
notice any improvement in performance since the change? I'm trying to make my crossfire run like new. Parts are relatively affordable and easy to install, for the most part. Can someone chime in, does it make sense to change out 02 sensors if they are old or is this the kind of part you change once it stops working altogether?
I was going to change out the Camshaft Position Sensor also...... again.... because parts are cheap and mine has 145K miles on it.
