Default engine misfire when cold on srt6

I hope someone can help. This has happened 3 times now all at night after finishing work. And also not everyday
I start the car and it misfires and I leave it running for only a couple of minutes, Then turn it off and start it straight back up and it runs perfectly fine.
The car was fully serviced 4 months ago including plugs and its at 82000 miles.
Any ideas.

Make sure all 12 wires are seated properly had that issue after doing my own plugs wires. After it misfires check the code to see which cylinders are misfiring the last digit of the code indicates which cylinder I had three wires loose.

I made and installed a special 180 degree stat and it would do it until I got the motor running and up to temp, also when the weather was cold. Does not like cold temps and computer is trying to warm up fast. Is your thermostat indicating normally??

The stat is a switchable type that recycles the water for faster heating and then opens for normal operation. Hope it helps, woody
