7$ grand from chrysler !! That should be your sign. After 50 + years of MOPAR I am done. My durango died when I cranked it up a day after a rain storm and found that they are known to hydrolock due to rain getting past the windshield. Service on my RAM under warranty was SOOO DISTASTEFULL that swore them off. Just bought an ARMADA Nissan with 390 HP to replace the durango.

Bought the crossfire when they were part of Mercedes Benz and now they are part of FIAT - - OMG how much worse can they become. Challenger will not be a DODGE soon and durangos are likely to be cut from the line of cars. I finally had to buy a non american brand after research, ford does not like V8s and chevy quality is so poor, and mopar is going down fast driven by terrible dealer service and pricing.

Nuff said, sad after all the years of nifty cars. Woody

Cats were not plugged or rattling, idle was so smooth I had to look at the tack to make sure it was running sometimes. Power was better than my first SRT-6. I could be running 30 mph and punch it and the rear end would break loose until the traction control caught it - so no power issues. Mileage was same as the first one also, 19 to 21 depending on how much foot I put into it. Voltage readings showed too much activity at the rear O2 sensors. I added a pair of mini-cats (Ebay https://www.ebay.com/itm/FOR-OFF-ROA...72.m2749.l2649) and voila - no more codes, pending codes, CEL/MIL Lights, and it successfully completed all 8 circuits needed to pass emissions inspection. Also, despite testing/playing and putting my foot into it more than usual, boosted my gas mileage to an all time high of 24 mpg! I know they say off road use, but unless you live in California or NY or another CARB state where you can't make any modifcation, it shouldn't be a problem as they actually boost efficiency.
Interesting! And we no longer have vehicle inspections in SC!
