Differential service interval?
OK, I searched both this forum and the owners manual.
Is there a suggested service internal for the rear differential? Does it need one? I see some here saying they did theirs at 50k miles.
My Hemi's need it every 36k but I've seen nothing on the XF.

I think they wanted us to believe it was maintenance free, but most likely 100k miles. I'd say 50k or every 10 years, which ever comes first, and check it yearly for clarity or any drips.

Although DaimlerChrysler and MB suggest no change, I think Dinasrt hit it on the head with 50K. This article suggests 80K in general or 50K for the proactive owner. It's a half hour job for around $20 in gear lube.

Yeah, I was thinking that Chrysler wanted us to believe it was maintenance free as well but that just can't be right.
50-80k seems reasonable.
