Angry Searching for new dealership for service

I'm the owner of a 2006 Crossfire, living in northern VA and have been using Safford Chrysler Dodge for service of my vehicle. Car was purchased new in 2008 and I have been deligent in vehicle maintenance. Safford has always taken care of my service needs, oil change, lamp replacement, etc and conveniently provides transport to and from Metro when dropping off my vehicle. In January, 2016 they moved to a newer, nicer, more modern location. Since that time, their attention to service has gone far south for the money paid. On more than one occasion I have picked up my vehicle with an understanding that the requested repairs and or service has been taken care of...only to find out on my arrival home that is not actually truth. Does anyone in N. VA have a recommendation of a dealership?

More than likely, that one mechanic who was familiar with your Crossfire didn't make the move. The rest are now scratching their heads. You may need to find a nice foreign car German especially, independent garage.

As he said, find a local shop that is known for Mercedes expertise.
