Default Starter Bolt Size and type.

My trans was recently rebuilt on my 05 SRT6 and the starter wasn't tightened.
It sort of looks like some sort of tork socket.
Anyone know what size and what it's called ?

from Pelican Parts :

There are two E14 Torx bolts holding the starter to the bell housing.
( The proper torque is 31 ft/lbs )
