Default Engine throwing trouble code

Wife’s car had a check engine light come on was told it read something “turbine” code was deleted before I could myself, they wanted to run the car and see if it would throw the code again. The car would just crawl no speed to it at all and was hard to use reverse.

There are two parts to the plate that lies at the bottom of the transmission, the conductor/electrical plate and the solenoid/valve plate. They fit together, the turbine speed sensor is on the solenoid plate I think.
The fault code is P0715 I think.
