Should I be concerned about this?

Default Should I be concerned about this?

I just bought this car late last summer and only got to drive it about 3 months before putting it away for the winter. It's now been parked in my garage and has not been driven for the past 4 months. Over the winter I replaced the water pump, thermostat & housing and resealed the breather vent covers. I'm almost ready to pull it out of the garage and I was wanting to wash down the motor due to so much grime and dirt. So tonight I took off the battery tender and it started right up. Sounded kind of loud the first second or so but I assumed it was because all the oil was settled down in the motor. Ran real smooth and idled down just like it is suppose to do. Upon watching the motor run I was hearing this "tapping" sound that I assume is coming from the valves?? I don't recall hearing it like this last fall when I put it away for the winter. I let the car warm up for about 5 minutes then shut it down. It seems much louder on the drivers side I sure hope this gets smoother once more oil gets up there. Should I be more concerned?

EDIT: I had a short video here but don't see it now....I'll keep looking

Most likely the hydraulic lash adjusters have leaked down, they should recover once you have run it a while.
