Has anyone ever used these wires on your Crossfire? I am doing plugs and may change the wires depending on what I find. I am open for suggestions on the wires if you know of any that are good AND less then 100 bucks. Thanks

Have you used these sir? I was reading that 4 should be shorter than the others and some are all one size. I have been looking all day . .Overwhelming!

 

No, I went the expensive route from Needswings with the Magnacore wires.
I can't imagine why there would be different lengths, all the coils are equidistant from the plugs.

 

I ended up picking up the Walker Products 900-1820 Thundercore Ultra Spark Plug Wire Set set of wires today for 60 shipped. Seems to be a well reviewed product so I will let folks know if they are worth the asking price of 120.00.

GG, did they have them for less than 60 shipped? I can always send them back for free but I only saw 89 plus 15 shipping. I do think they look like good wires but will know on friday when i have them in hand.

Price is 89.99 + 12.60 shipping is the cheapest one I saw is why I asked. I did get them today and they did look well made. I always verify I am getting the real deal because I rarely buy anything but repackaged Amazon stuff. The reviews are good and the company that makes Federal I believe. I ended up paying 61.00 with tax and free returns until the new year, no questions asked which give me plenty of time to decide if they are worth keeping. I do want to say that when I was building the Turbo Speed3 that I would buy a turbosmart BOV for 300 and a knock off for 30 to see if they were different and on most items the were exactly the same. I later found out that this happens often. Regardless, I sent back the 300 unit and put the 30 dollar one on the car and it worked great. Thanks for looking out, I am always trying to save a buck.

 

So i ended up buying Walker Products 900-182 Thundercore Ultra Spark Plug Wire Set, these are for the V8 supercharged cars for 21 bucks. All my wires are the same size and I have 4 spares. I will update on how the install goes but I did order some 30 dollar wires and the collar will excepte the 17mm wrench to remove them but they feel lighter and cheaper than the Walkers. Thundercore wires are made in the USA where the others are china town made. Normally these run around 140 as sets.

I just found the set that was sold by amazon as Used "Like new" and got them. the correct ones are 107.00 and I got them for 57.00 the same way. just got lucky. i got tons of stuff from rock auto the same way. I am cheap GG. car is close, i will try to get some pics today. kid did well. i do still have the set for 57 if you want them, if not i am sending them back.

Bought these from Amazon. Actually ended up buying the ones for a V8 because they were 21$. Compared to the OEM ones they look almost identical. Even comes with the 4 that are a different length. Thanks for the suggestion

 

yes sir, these are made by Federal and you have a few extra. Winning! I still have a few items for the XF, Lighter, Rear Pads, SRT6 Front rotors. I am currently in a Genesis Coupe 3.8, just sold my R170. Cheers! GG in Tn
