I have filter, gasket and 12 qts of shell atf-134 , is this correct? first time doing the service so want to be sure. I found 6 qts shipped for 45 on amazon. If not what do you suggest?

Yes, i plan on doing the service soon and know nothing about this part of a car but it needs to be done. i have a new filter and gasket but unsure on what method to use since we cant drain the TC other than pumping it until you see clean at the cooler line. I really have been trying to save funds and got all 12 qts for less than 100 bucks.

 

Would it also be compatible with whatever old fluid is in the torque converter? 2006 Crossfire has 88K on it and I'm sure the transmission fluid has never been replaced.
