So Saskins, why didn't they warranty the tranny electrical problems???

 

Well Dan, "They" would have to answer my requests first. I emailed them probably 10 times of a two week period. Asking them the same questions. The first was "According to your records, what is my cars official Build date?"About 3-4 days ago, I didn't here back from them. Finally I got one response email answering my question. They said. Nov.17th 2003. Which means I would be entitled to an ECU Reflash. The first time I asked that question was about a month and some change ago. So if it takes over a month to get an answer about when my car was built. I figure they actually answer my parts problems questions by the year 2007. Dan they either will not respond, or they blame the dealer. The dealer is a lost cause, the only real contact I got out of them, was when I emailed a sales guy making him think I was interested in an SRT-6. I got a few different guys emailing me response about the SRT-sales questions with in a matter of minutes. When I said, I actually need someone to come and get my car and have it brought to Service & Parts. They never responded again...So...
This is were I stand now.
SO for all those NON- Believers out there. My warranty WAS NOT VOIDED BECAUSE OF THE INTAKES!!!
Chrysler has never once acknowledged anything to do with my intakes...

 

Was it because of being caught at the Autocross track? The warranty issue???

 

Dan, Willow springs is not an autocross track. The other part is the person that I spoke with was screwing around with me I later found out.
