Default Transmission 13-pin connector

My xfire went into limp mode so i did the dirty task of replacing the the conductor plate and 13 pin connector. Everything went fairly smooth until I tried to remove the TRANSMISSION 13-PIN CONNECTOR ADAPTER PLUG.
It's stuck Im not sure if I need to get a rubber mallet and pound it out. Any help or advice is needed. Thank You

From your vague description I am guessing you mean the white part that is held in with a bolt and then turned anticlockwise to remove.
Look in the “How to’s” forum for the thread “Index of Crossfire …..” in the transmission section for videos.

that part came off but he black part that has the 7mm bolt will not come out of the trans.
It appears that it's a snug fit, what is the best way to remove the old one?

the only thing that came out was that locking mechanism

I used a mallet and a small chunk of 2x4 and banged it out. The whole process was simple but tough on my body crawling under the crossfire if a person has a lift it would be real easy.
I took it out for a trial run 10 miles no issue with the trans, but my seatbelt alarm was going on and off. I have no idea why that was happening I had my seatbelt on, I'll search the forum see if I can find out what wrong.
My crossfire was sitting for 6 months I forgot how much fun it is to drive.

Your other thread today says when everyone has their belt on, now you say just the driver.
A bigger hammer would have made it easier.
