The MoPar part number is 05101493AA. It is no longer available from Chrysler. I've searched the internet, tried the cross reference pdf and
I also looked at the Mercedes parts catalog file with no luck.

Mercedes dealers have access to parts list that you can't find online. I'm certain those clips are used on many models of their cars.
Then there are always junk yards and part cars, but look down south were they don't ice the roads, and when all else fails the magic electrical tie wrap.
