The GB period has passed and there are only 5 on the list. 10 are needed to secure the discounted pricing.

For those on the list, please shoot me a PM or email...let me know which of the following you'd like:

1. "I want to wait for the deal, Extend the time by another couple of weeks to see if we can get to 10".

2. "I want to get chipped right now at standard pricing".

3. "No thanks, remove me from the list."

For those on the list who want to get chipped right away, I will offer you free install or return insured shipping, saving you $25...net cost of $400 installed.

I think Scott forgot #4

4. No, I won't buy the chip unless a dyno result from a Crossfire is shown.

~ cyril... now that's a good one... lol

i just don't get it... if you believed in your product & knew the gains were true... do a freakin dyno... and satisfy your potential buyers... what an idiot. this just supports the fact the chip is worthless.

instead of throwing your money down the drain... donate your $400 to a charity... not the scott charity... an honest charity.

I wouldn't go as far to say worthless. Most people who have had their car chipped said they noticed a seat of your pants improvement, myself included... for whatever that's worth. I will agree that the gain may not be what they claim and it is BS they have not done a dyno.

Without doing a search, I believe a former member, Wes Michaels was the first to have his car chipped. If memory serves me correctly, he posted some before and after runs which showed some improvement.

ok... let me rephrase that... not worth any where near $400. even if it made a "slight" difference.

a dyno would confirm all.

THERE!!!

NO JOKE... I FOR ONE HAD AN UPSOLUTE PLANNED FOR MY NEAR (SUMMER) FUTURE... BUT NOW THAT THE MANUFACTURER NOT ONLY IGNORES THE REQUESTS FOR PROOF, DYNO... THEY HAVEN'T DONE IT FOR THEIR R&D STAGE??? THIS IS OR SHOULD BE A PREREQUISITE BEFORE SELLING AND BELIEVING IN A "YOUR" PRODUCT...

ARE THERE DYNO TESTS FOR THE SLK AT ALL???

Why doesn't this vendor just pay for one of our members to have a dyno done?? Better yet, how about we all chip in a little dough, and pay for a baseline dyno, and a few after chip dynos, for a member on our forum who plans on buying this chip without the proven gains? I know there are people on here who are going to buy it anyway, since so many have already. Besides i would trust another members dyno over that of the vendor anyway. And if the proof is there, we can all buy one and be happy. I'll start off by throwing $20 on it. Lets see what we can do..

It'll be good to know the improvements using the dyno than the subjective reviews of those that have it...like me.

What changed all that is when I added a 2 turbonators in my Crossfire CAI and felt the same way when I did my Upsolute chip! It pulled me back on my seat too!

You may call the turbonators as the placebo...but what about the Upsolute chip? Is it all just in our minds?

Give us a dyno to cure our minds!

With so much money invested into your Crossfire, i'm surprised you didn't have a dyno done. You are right though, it could just be all in our heads. How much did the turbonators cost you?? If i remember correctly, my friend used an Electric supercharger called E-ram on his 5 series BMW. He had a dyno done before and after and had a net gain of 7 hp and 9 lbs of torque. So those things may actually work, who knows...

That is a great idea elow, thanks for suggesting it.

I'm not paying for someone's dyno time, I don't know of *any* tuners who do this.

This is not a prototype chip or new product, we've been tuning this car for 2+ years and even longer in it's Mercedes form with positive feedback.

I'm already offering the chip at a discount off of an already low price that is hundreds of $$ less than competitive products.

I've offered to chip someone for test purposes, data logging, etc. with a refundable deposit.

We have a 30-day money back guarantee.

I'd be more than happy to work with someone or a group of you who wants to independently test our product.

I'm IN with my $20.

I've spent a lot in my XFIREX for little bitty mods I should have save it and go for a Renntech or Startech 330 HP mod.

My turbonators...they only cost $120 bucks and I've used them to provide a swirling/vortex effect in my custom CAI.

I was trying to get a dyno of XFIREX after it's been being chipped (in the rep's garage) but the closest one where I lived is like 90 miles away and I dunno if they can do a rear wheel drive dyno.

But still, here's this company trying to use our own money to test their product. A certain amount chipped in from Upsolute would have been generous but none was even mentioned or offered!

THANKS FOR THE RESPONSE...

SCOTT HAS UPSOLUTE...ABROAD... DONE ANY TESTING ON THE SLK MODELS? WHAT... WHERE ARE THE RESULTS.

OBVIOUSLY YOUR PRODUCT'S CLAIMS MAYBE IN QUESTION BUT AT LEAST IT DIDN'T WORSEN THE PERFORMANCE OF ANY XF... SO THAT'S A START.

but HAVING A PRODUCT SUCH AS THIS, WHY WOULDN'T UPSOLUTE/HQ PROVIDE OR NECESSITATE THE NEED FOR BEFORE AND AFTER STATS...

IF YOU STAND BEHIND WHAT YOU CREATE OR BUILD... WHY NOT SUPPORT IT WITH proper EVIDENCE FROM FUNDING PROVIDED BY UPSOLUTE HQ'S R&D DEPT?

THANKS
J

I'm looking it to a dyno location in my area. I know they will have one in Sacramento, San Francisco and San Jose... all are about an hour from me, if i can't find one closer then i will just go to one of them. I'll try to find the cheapest place as well.

Scott@Upsolute- How much for the deposit? I am willing to be the tester for this, but i do not want to pay you the full price for the chip as a deposit. How about $100 i think that's fair, especially since your not kicking in any money for the Dyno. And if your product works, you will sell a ton of these from our Forum members. At that time i will pay you the remaining balance for the chip.

Any more donations for the Dyno would help. Keep the list going, i'll post more info on the dyno location tomorrow.

Then sell your dyno results to Upsolute or to Powerchip...don't publish it here where they can get a free ride! Just email us of the results.

Y'all should try the Sun Inazma Hypervoltage System! I have it and it works better than the Upsolute chip! This I promise you...no bull!

Cleans up your electrical system and restores original hp that is lost and gives you more kick than the Upsolute.
