tire pressure monitoring system
I have a 2005 Crossfire bought in France and it seems the TMSN is not provided on my car. Is there a way to activate it (might be de-activated because of some silly french regulation).
Thank you for your help.

Alain, the 2005 Base model does not come with the tire pressure monitoring system. I'm not sure what would be involved to get it re-activated, but my guess is that you would need to buy a pressure sensing valve stem for each wheel and the system's "brain" which sits in the pod that the rear view mirror is mounted on.
There are also several aftermarket systems you could try as well.

Thank you, Bob, for your quick reply. The vin ends by: X016490, if it says something to you. It is the equivalent of the Limited edition, as Chrysler introduced the base and Limited editions a year later (mine has the Infinity sound system and all), so i was thinking that maybe it was just non activated on the french version!
