Anyone visit the factory?

In Germany for a few days, has anyone been to the factory the car was built in? Are there museums in the region worth visiting?

The Karmann factory in Osnabruck closed in 2010. Kinda amazing the trouble members have with the Roadster tops considering all the different roof modules they produced!
