Default headlight bulbs, which are better

i am looking to replace my low beams. i have had sylvania in the past and they do not last long. i wanted to know if anyone knows of a better brand that will last long and are really bright.

i began with the bulb replacement route... not much of a worth while difference imo.

upgrade to hid's for $300 (plug & play) kit. its a new world out there with xenons.

The stock head lamps in my Crossfire were Phillips. I still have these in my high beams.
I installed the Sylvania Silver Star lamps in my low beams thinking they would be better. Ended up not working for me. The light is whiter, but visibility was worse.
I ended up installing a new Phillips (DH7) 6000K Xenon HID plug and play kit in the low beams. I'm very glad I did this and highly recommend them. The result is incredible! Now I can see at night and they look great too.
I also installed the yellow 2500K plasma Piaas (9006) in the fog lamps.
Nice installation Andrew. I also used the existing stud to mount the ballast on the left inside fender. Looks great (as always)!
