Custom-built item = not for sale...sorry. The closest thing would be the CTD germany grill. Look this up on the forum.

 

That grill is definitely custom. Painted to match the car. Look closely there is a slight crease at the center to allow the sides to angle back to fit the bumper opening and it also looks like the top bends back. Both bends were probably to strengthen the unsupported mesh.
