yea but there is only one small picture, you can't see any detail. that's the only thing holding me back.

 

Post a picture with some detail and you get a lot of interest. If it looks good I'd be interested.

 

These look to be the exact same ones that southhams sells on ebay (the zip-tie ones) and usually gets anywhere from $50 and up (including S&H from England) for the pair. I was lucky... I got them for about as low as he's ever sold them for $50, but I know some others have paid over $100 for these. Typically, he gets about $60-70.

I've talked about this before on other threads...

Looking at the inserts pre-installation, my thoughts were that they're kinda cheap and the fit leaves a little to be desired (1/4" gap between top and bottom) but...

Once installed, they look like a million. You'd never notice any imperfections or the gap, which I left mostly along the top edge. They have a nice 3D depth to them as opposed to chrome-plated flat replacement grills that go for nearly $200. I absolutely love them!! (check my gallery)

At $30 ($20 + $10), it's a very good deal and an easy mod.

But remember, if you do get them (whomever is reading this), don't judge them until you've put them on. Trust me.

 

I sent the guy on e-bay a message requesting close-up pics, and he responded saying he has no other pics to post.

 

That sends off alarm bells for me. Why not post more pics if the deal is on the up and up. ???

 

F.P. - I also sent him a request for close-ups and he is going to e-mail them to me. He says he does not have close-ups on the car just the grill. I'll post them when I get them.

I was merely informing people of what other 'mods'?! are available for the custom grill, as there has been a great deal of interest in them recently.
