Exclamation Please, quick response needed

I have 1 week left on the Luther dealers 30 day warrenty where they cover the car bumper to bumper.
The question is: On a USA 2005 srt-6 coupe are the side markers supposed to have bulbs or are they just reflectors. I pulled them out and each one has the wire harness going to them BUT no socket. It looks as though they were all cut off. The wires have exposed ends (copper showing) which seems strange.
The dealer thinks the USA cars had reflectors and the European cars illuminated. From what I've read hear it seems just the reverse.
So please, do USA cars side markers have bulbs???

You have to have bulbs. It's the law in the USA. Call your local DMV or police dept.

Bulbs here too. Federal regs require an orange light in front and a red light in the rear be visible from the side of the vehicle during operation/night driving. They also require at least 2 square inches of reflective/colored material on the sides when the vehicle is not in operation. That is why you can't legally buy the clear lens here.

i would guess someone (past owner) didn't prefer them to light up and cut the socket off at the base and left the wire to hang.

and all euro & us crossfires had a lit front side marker light.

Thanks for the QUICK replies.
As far as my dealer goes I have great confidence in them. They were going to investigate my side marker problem and I bet they come back to me saying the same thing you all are saying.
They have 2 crossfire SRT certified techs, one of the whose name is Reiner Krumpelmann.
Now if that isn't somewhat comforting I don't know what is!

Thanks again, I am printing this out to bring to the dealer with me.

P.S. I just got a coupon for a free oil change from them (the dealer). Sounds like a $125 dollar offer from what I've read on this forum, got to love that.
