Still love mine. No problems. I was following a friend tonight and he didn't know I was behind him. I called his cell and asked how he liked my HID's He said they were super bright. They do seem very bright and they are aimed right. I have never had an oncoming car flash their lights at me, but they really light the road.
Could someone who has installed the HID's post a closeup pic of what they look like installed? Do they look any different when they are not on? Externally, does it just look like a relatively normal bulb replacement?

ok, so I'm an idiot! I ran the positive and negative to the wrong sides in the stock connector. Can anyone tell me if this is fixable or not. I did contact the seller but they haven't gotten back to me. Thanks for the Help! oh yeah, this is the kit from ebay for $75.

Does these lights change the "polite" aspect of our low beams? You know, how the low beams seem to cut off the light just below where an opposing driver's eyes would be... does that change or is that built into the headlight assembly not the bulb?

Have you noticed a definite line where the illumination ends at a certain height with the OEM headlights on low-beam?
Can't tell you for sure as I no longer have OEM lights. The OEM lights didn't light the road very well. The new HID lights do have this visible line and the road lights up like day light.

Well haven't posted here in a while, but picked up this HID kit from ebay. I got both bulbs installed this evening (didn't even take an hour thanks to the tutorials!). Now before I wire it up tomorrow I want to make sure I wire this right. The funky capacitor thing should the black wire go to the 2 black stock wire harness? I think so.
Also, what is the exact size of a bolt that is needed to mount the ballast to the stock bolts that stick out of the car?
Thanks.
