Door handles

Are the exterior door handles on the Xfire the same as those on the 170 chassis (2004 and earlier) MB SLK's?

Good question! ny passenger door handle has lost paint due to rings from an ex girlfriend! can replace her easy but having problems finding replacement handles or handle covers. CAN ANYONE HELP????

There have been some folks who have taken them to be painted the color of the car, or the same silver color they are today. Until someone comes up with a way to chrome them, I think it's the only option.
