windshield moulding

Default windshield moulding
has anybody had problems with the moulding coming off the car while driving? I was doing about 145 the other night and the center piece just flew right off of my car anybody else experience this before?

My drivers side loosened up last week. I took it back where I had the windshield replaced and they reglued it.
