It basically depends on the quality you want. I'm guessing you want good stuff. I went to a reputable paint/body guy, and he gave me a rough quote of $3500.00

I thought that was high, but first time I looked into it..

The last color change we did at my shop was on a brand new(4 miles on it) 2007 M-B CLS500. We changed it completely from white to Ferrari blue and we charged $12,000.

You could also go to Maaco and get the "same job" done for $500.

Wow, that really shows how much I don't know. I want mine from blue to orange so I'm guessing that will be freakin expensive.

Depends on what you want done. Wheel wells, engine compartment, door jams and sills? Macco will paint what you see without anything open.

$3,500 would get your hood, fenders, front bumper and doors painted inside and out.

Maaco just does a quick scuff on the car and tapes off all the emblems, handles, mirrors, lights, etc and sprays the car(on the outside only).

My shop completely disassembles the car COMPLETELY and preps/sands every square inch of painted surface and changes the color inside and outside.

mopar, I took an old Jeep Cherokee to Maaco...I did all the prep, took off all the emblems etc...drove her down there naked...I got the "at the time" $ 350 special...really turned out better than I thought, but wouldn't have if we hadn't preped it...while we were there, they painted one, and out of the booth came this pontiac emblems some chrome all painted green....now 3 yrs later, a lot of that paint is peeling, but we got what we payed for...but never would I take a nice car there...Maaco has its place, but not for nice cars...

It was a guy who added the wing and wheels to his limited. I don't remember who I got it from.

The white does compliment the SRT components nicely.

I too love the white crossfires. White would have been my first choice if it was an option for the SRT6.

I started out wanting a white roadster with the two-tone interior. Then I discovered the SRT-6. At first it was really hard to decide between the two. Then I drove the SRT-6. Decision made!

There's a poser like that here in vegas...............I saw him a couple weeks ago near my house. It was a base model white Crossfire with SRT-6 spoiler; made me do a double take.

the price all depends. you have the advantage of a new car with good paint still on it. so nearly no body work. this will make the job very easy. you will run into some expenses with de-trimming. the doors will have to be removed to jamb the insides. now good paints going to be around 4-800 for base then with the clear, sealer and reducers, activaters needed the paints going to come out to around 1500 maybe less depending on what brand and quailty. the painters going to want around 6-700 for shoooting it and plus the labor for detrimming. if you can find someone to do it on the side for you, you could get a good job for 3000-5000gs. drive down here and ill do it!!!! haha i too wanted to paint my xfire white but like a Pearl Lexus white. i just cant get myself to do it im lazy and dont want to deal with painting the jambs.
