To make a long story short...I hit a raccoon goin 85 and knocked one of the lower grills out. Needed a new grill and decided to upgrade to the mesh lowers. Couldn't wait until august for the APS deal so I ordered from GRILLS 4 U. Paid on 07-01 through paypal. Still have not received grills and two emails have gone unanswered. Will keep you posted.

Try complaining to PayPal as well. They have a procedure for this kind of thing, I believe.

Try phoning Grills4U too.

 

Trying to avoid using ebay because it could be an honest mistake, having said that, I just left a third and final message for the seller. Next step will be paypal dispute and neg. feedback. My patience are wearing thin. If they have a problem, the least they could do is let me know. I hate being ignored.

 

Finally made contact. I was advised that a shipment was stolen and that my parts were on the way. we'll see

CALL911, be careful. There's only a limited time window that you can open a case with Paypal. Make sure this guy is not just trying to buy time for the time window to expire. You might want to open a claim now. You can always close it if you receive them.

It is either 45 days or 90 days. I would not bother waiting on the shipment, go ahead and dispute it with paypal and go somewhere else.

My patience paid off. Got my grills today and they look great. Now the bad news. I thought they replaced the stock grill, they don't. My left one is missing. HELP!!
