Default HID projection questions (with picture)

I installed my 6000k HIDs this weekend. During night driving them seem alright but not incredible compared to stock. I took this picture and as you can see the bulbs focus very low (base of the garage), when driving I can see a very bright spot right in front of the nose and then it dims as it goes up.

Does this look like the correct pattern, or do I have some adjusting to do?

Regards,

Don

Oh, I would say the bulbs are not correctly seated in their little detents.

I've seen this before!

Upside down or not actually pushed in far enough/placed correctly? I lined up the tab when placing them in.

They're actually not seated right. I may bring it to Chrysler and have them secure the C clip, I'm sure they can do it in seconds rather than minutes.

True, do we have a write-up on how to remove the headlight? I imagine it would be cake if I could actually have room and the ability to see what I'm doing.

Christ, there's a BUNCH of them. Look in the "Lighting" forum.

Thanks, I have one set properly and the other I haven't touched yet. FYI if anyone else is trying this the C clips don't have to be super tight around the bulb. I had mine so tight (far up) on the bulb that it was impossible for me to get the last section of the C (end of the C) into it's clip. Basically, the prongs just gently brace the bulb, holding it in place.
