Default Body Kit idea

Just trying to see how much interest there would be if I could get a body kit produced resembling the concept crossfire?? Im thinking it would include new front bumper cover with new headlights and grille(mesh...like APS), new lower side skirts, new rear bumper(with diffuser built in). Total cost i would rough estimate around $2000 judging by there prices for other kits. Maybe even the possibility of side exhuast for an extra 600 or so, not sure there would be room underneath for that though. Lets hear what you think before I talk to the company.

the headlights alone would put that thing up to about a grand. and i have given up on trying to get a body kit made for these cars its just to difficult because there arent enough crossfires

yeah we need positive thought...there might be a possibility to turning our stock headlights side ways or even molding in another cars headlights such as these...the E class style headlights run $550, while those BMW projectors are only $150 but would still need a turn signal.
I have been watching this forum for 3 years and know for a fact people are hungry for a body kit...i just want to make sure enough would want their car to look like the concept(pretty sure near everyone would) so i am thinking about putting my own money down if necessary to make this happen through a high quality company. not bodykits.com or other low level companys.
Keep criticisms coming and i will solve the problems

Not me! I personally think the concept front end is UGLY. I like the one that FP has been bashing around.

To each his own...the concept is why i fell in love with this car and im sure there are enough people who feel the same to make the production of a kit replicating it profitable. it took 2 and half years from the time i saw the concept and said " i will own that work of art one day" till the day finally came when i could purchase one. I feel any other body kit will down grade the looks of the car, while returning it to its original looks will increase the value. I like my cars like i like my women sexy and a little bit quirky.

i personally think the concept is the ugliest car ive ever seen on the road. id rather drive a civic with a large wing and a fart can than see the concept roaming the streets. one thing i do not like with our cars is the sebring/pacifica/chrysler style grill its big and ugly if there is a bumper that will let us use mercedes style grills so i can go with a smaller horizontal mesh id be happy

thought maybe thes photos could get some response...i know i cant be the only one who thinks this was the crossfire at perfection. The verticle headlights, the way the hood seems to flow over the grill like a waterfall, the way the rear bumper blends with the lines on the sides perfectly, the spine through the windshield and rear window...a true artistic statement!

ok...so nobody is going to support the concept kit???

how bout something like this...
They all have the same feel to them...but I like the bentley bumper it could use the e-class headlights to complete that bentley look.

we will call it the baby bentley kit

there really isnt that much interest in a body kit here. our cars will never be like a civic fan base. those have huge amounts of people buying them with there first thought being a body kit. its completely different here. i for want a body kit im just not willing to fork up a bunch of my own money to get it produced.

saw this slk 55 AMG replica bumper for the old slk's as well as the new ones...they probably wouldnt have a hard time adapting that to fit our crossfires. Its made by bay speed in brooklyn.
