Anyone know where the factory exterior paint code is labeled on the SRT6 ?

 

I looked everywhere on my car and couldn't find it. (the dealer didn't know where it was either) Someone here will know if it has a code, apart from VIN.

 

I don't know of a place on the car with the code(s). SRT codes are the same as N/A. www.expresspaint.com has the codes.

 

It's located in the engine compartment and attached to the top of the right frame rail.

I wonder if there's a misprint on the paint codes ?

When I look at the expresspaint.com site, it shows Sapphire Silver Metallic, but it does NOT show Sapphire Silver Blue Metallic Clearcoat: I ordered a Sapphire Silver Metallic paint pen to fix a small scratch on the front lower spoiler, but it's missing the blue, it's just silver metallic.

This is what they show on their website:

PS3/BS3 = Sapphire Silver Metallic B/C = Chrysler Sapphire Silver Metallic B/C

 

Did you use clear coat over the touchup paint? Maybe the clear coat over it makes the blue show. Here's some more paint. http://www.automotivetouchup.com/cho...odel=Crossfire
