here ya go people. I've (along w/ the most of the 3SX community) bought numerous components from APR, including a custom front splitter, among other things, when I had my 3000GT . here's the page for custom making a one-off bumper. Its $340 for a carbon fiber splitter will ALL HARDWARE AND SUPPORTWARE.

APR Performance - Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Their work is top-notch and quality is show-car proud.
Also, if we can enough people to get into it, they do offer group buys at a discounted rate.

Has anyone tried fitting a Cupra R Splitter (very popular in Europe)? They look like they fit pretty well on Audi TT's which I think would be a close match for our cars. They look pretty easy to install, self tapping screws. Just wondering how well they would hold up?

OEMPLUS has them back ordered for $89 plus shipping: Front Spoiler - Cupra R [1ML805903] - $89.00 : OEMplus.com, Original Equipment

(I have thought of a combo spliter and spoiler on the front that were spring loaded up till the wind loading rotated then down. Has to be better for the street and curbs. Woody

Sorry to drag up the past, but I wondered if anyone had actually found a decent splitter for the front our cars. I have a Limited and must admit I envy the look of the SRT6 front lip, the Startech front lip looked great too, just wondered if there were any other options out there.

That's what I drive!

Why would the SRT 6 need an SRT6 lip

FYI There is a guy on E-bay that has an SRT6 spoiler 4sale in Philly! When I was on business travel last week in Philly he wanted way to much 4 it! Otherwise I would have started on that also

My bad - misunderstood.

SRT front lip would be awesome! Spoiler would be great too - even a lip spoiler, the type that sticks onto the stock spoiler on a limited could be pretty cool.

Only hesitation with CF is that I have nothing else on the car that is CF!

Carbon Fiber can be painted..... But there's no rush. .

As far as modifying current OEM designs. I don't know if I will ever do it again because of how much it $$$$$ and how long it takes! Sorry man, but when starting on a quality product I would love to finish in two months and not 12

So if the OEM design looks good, I'm happy with just a carbon copy! Any thing extra will take more time and money.

Mad_Med, please keep me posted on the SRT-6 Carbon lip.

I think this will be a HUGE hit. Wrap some rear diffusers in CF and you have a completely balanced, tasteful application of CF.

And it's something for the masses. Always a good seller.

Ok, we know the Front Spoiler for Cupra R fits according to the thread "Little phat lip". So the question is: Are there any other splitter made for the Cupra R? I think it's simple math that others will fit as well, it has the most important characteristics already, shape and size.

I also love the idea of the splitter on the front. This is the deal their are single and double fiberglass and carbonfiber splitters. I can help people check out jspamerica.com they have both. I had a carbonfiber full splitter on a scion xb, and yes I'm 50. They are located in Buffalo NY. And I'm very good freinds with the company owner and I could get a group buy. He has sponsored me two years in a row.

Seeming no-one has found the splitter the black korean xfire has, Do you think this would be a good alternative?
