Hi, I'm new on the forum and I plan on getting a used 2004-05 crossfire when I get out of college this May. I don't like the deployable stock spoilers on the reg model crossfires and was wondering where i could buy those cool srt6 spoilers

 

Welcome to the forum. This very topic is floating around in the forum. If you do a search you should find it.
Best bet is to search the salvage yards or get it straight form the dealer. Oh, watch out for the purist who will be along to bust your chops for wanting to do this. It will be your car so do as you want.

 

You could buy a 2nd car (beater daily driver) for what the price of the srt6 spoiler and mount costs. (around $2000)

 

You could always get a 2005 SRT-6..........................last I heard they come with the SRT spoiler from the factory!!!! By the time you get out of school you should be able to get a SRT-6 for about $8-10,000 with the way things are going.

 

If I find one through a recycle yard I might buy it and have it cut smaller like this.

 

Should the SRT6 COUPE's spoiler mount plate be flush with the rear window (hatchback window)? I did some modifications to my spoiler plate with new o-rings and a new weather strip to help fix a trunk leak, and I noticed the plate wasn't "flush" with the hatchback's window, but rather slightly higher.
